The script for Rough Time is based on conversations with five people who had experienced trauma, and is written to express the rise and fall of man. 

It combines an improvisation with Paris-based, Japanese, Butoh dancer Goyhie Zaitsu, music by composer Trevor Knight and  charcoal animation drawings by Trish McAdam.

Shot on RedCam in Ardmore Studios green screen stage with a small but experienced feature film crew, Cinematographer, PJ Dillon, Key Grip, Paul Tsan and edited in Tangerine with motion graphics by Marc Sherwin using After Effects.
